Activate Relaxation
I felt amazing and free. I was injured playing lacrosse yesterday and tore my quad muscle so I’m definitely in a lot of pain, but listening to this while laying down definitely made the pain go away. I forgot about how much it hurt and just felt like I was floating.

Relaxed and Refreshed
This meditation has you focusing on relaxing each part of your body. The only part she does not mention is your back. I hold a lot of tension in my shoulders and upper back area. This meditation left me with feeling relaxed as well as refreshed.
