Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, also known as ACT, is a practical therapeutic modality that focuses on how to be with emotional content and align daily actions with our values. This talk gives an overview of the process, including the six core processes of ACT and the aim of psychological flexibility. Of all the modalities, ACT is one of my favorites, for its pragmatic and holistic approach to psychological well-being.
