Acceptance and perseverance. 😊
I learned that it’s ok to feel disappointment or feel disillusioned or feel my forward momentum shaken or stalled. It’s an opportunity to work with difficult emotions and thoughts I may not have been aware of and a chance to practice compassion and love for myself. 😊

Going inward to fill myself.
We can't give what we don't have. This meditation reminds me that whatever I need is already within, I just need to turn inward to find it. And from that place I can then bring it to give others.

Goals
It helps to set daily goals asking yourself questions. But I found it hard to relax when I felt the opposite of everything described.

I learned that I need to work on accepting what is. I found I didn’t like any part of this and I kept fighting it. While I do want to learn mindfulness, it wasn’t what I wanted this morning. First, I struggled with the concept of a wooden ladder and then I didn’t want to climb it and I kept wondering what was holding it up and then I couldn’t imagine a light that was white and golden and it went on from there. Resistance.

Ladders
I am afraid of heights but I climbed this ladder of life. I need to try to move forward instead of moving down. At the top are many rewards. I need those rewards. They are mine. I earned them.
M
Margot
I have learned that when things are overwhelming me I can climb the ladder and instead look down on
The situation. I will snuggle myself into a beautiful white cloud and lie down as if I was in a bunk bed. I can let the white light surround me in calmness and objectivity. When I am ready I can return to the situation calm and refreshed and ready to face anything. Thank you

Working progress
I look at life being this latter. And the goal is to reach the top which is your dreams When I put in perspective the the Top of the latter I think of peace, joy , and happiness. The light at the end of the tunnel is an reward for the fight and the strength to go on.And I'm still climbing pondering what is that internal joy. wondering what's going brighten up my life.working progress

First lesson ...
I’ve learned i need to be more focused cause I seem to get distracted easy. Maybe working on that will help me get more out of the meditation class. Other than that I find this app may actually help me with my anxiety issues. Glad I joined. Looking forward to achieve my goal which is mindfulness and peace

Sense of wonder
I think it’s so easy to lose your sense of wonder and focus on all the negative, stressful things in life. This meditation reminded me that there’s a better way to go about my day.

I learned to focus on what I really want out of this life. Be specific with my goals and do believe that it is achievable if I just float into it. Let it happen with ease. What you allow is what will be! I saved this meditation.

What a lovely meditation! I came away from it feeling infused with a glorious, golden white light and a sense of gentle, effervescent energy and support. The sweet hum of it carried through my day and any time I felt off-kilter I only had to pause and breathe to bring it back to my center. Thank You!

Focus inward
Even while doing guided meditation, the goal is to meditate, so make sure to acknowledge whatever thoughts run through my brain, but try hardest to focus inward, on the wholeness of my breath

Focus
In all that you do there is a starting point. You have to have a solid foundation and continue to push through. Not being able to see the end result can be frightening, but if you are willing to push through fear and persevere through tough times, things will get easier. Your blessings, goals, dreams are waiting on you. To reach your potential you have to clear you mind and understand purpose and how you will succeed.

Sometimes in life, we outgrow the ones that have been around us. We outgrow things and people that’s we even once looked up to, loved , or couldn’t see ourselves without. You have to know what you want in life. In order to get to this point, you have to let God take you where He wants you to go. Once you let go of those rungs on the ladder and find yourself being taken away by the clouds, let go of all those troubles and fears and let God direct your path. You will come to find that everything you’ve ever desired is on the other side of fear. Let go and Let God take control.

Visualisation
A beautiful and powerful visualisation about a ladder and a cloud. I feel so much better after that...
P

Couldn’t float
I could clearly visualize and feel myself climbing the ladder; up and through the clouds. I could see the golden white light. However, I couldn’t let go of the ladder to float on the clouds. I didn’t feel safe. I could gather that light to me and take it down the ladder though and that made me feel very happy.

Bring the good feelings back
I can take a journey to the clouds or any other place and find peace and contentment there. I can bring these feelings back with me. It feels like escapism in so many ways. It also feels like fantasizing, both can be a healthy ways to leave a world of problems behind. My problems in life can sometimes consume too much of my time and energy. I’m realizing that I let things get me down more in the winter than the warmers months when I spend more time outdoors.
J

I can climb peacefully out of a sad moment. It’s alright to feel what I need, keep it within me. No more visions of frantically clawing my way up and out, but rather, slowly seeking freedom and peace.

I’m in a good place
I give too much of my thoughts to the stresses and challenges of the day and it’s exhausting. A moment for me to absorb the light and bring it back to my conscious activities ends up so much more positive and pleasant for everyone.

Happy Place
I learned that when you feel stressed or worried and thoughts of that worry and anxiety just start flowing like a stream just close your eyes and go up that ladder into your happy place which mine is Heaven because Jesus Christ is there and he comforts me when I’m troubled then I come down from the ladder and live with joy and thankfulness and living in the present.

Never a fan...
...of ladders, or climbing them. This visualization sort of scared me! I don't have a fear of heights that I know of, but something about climbing ladders has always caused me some anxiety. I've worked at heights many times, by ladder, scissor lift and bucket truck. And my chest does that tingling, sparking sensation thing. I think my actual fear is of falling. Hurting myself. 😱🥺

Floating
I am standing at the bottom of a tall wooden ladder with smooth rungs that leads to somewhere in the sky. I can’t see the top of the ladder because the top is engulfed in big white puffy clouds. As I am climbing up the ladder, I feel the positive vibrations within me continue to get stronger until I am greeted by a golden light. This golden light is inviting me to lay on one of the big white puffy clouds. As I lay on the cloud engulfed in the golden light floating around the sky, I am asked a couple of questions to reflect on .What is it that I want for myself? How do I want to continue to grow? The answer to those questions became very clear to me. I want to continue to build up my resilience to be able to handle stressful situations without going back into old habits of survivor mode. Continuing to use the tools I have learned from incorporating a daily meditation practice into my life, as well as journaling, exercise, and making self care a priority will help keep me on my path to continue to be able to build up my resilience.💪💡🙏

This, I have found, is a great meditation for when I’m feeling anxious because I tend to visualize facing my fears as a ladder. Visualizing making it to the top and succeeding in bringing that insight back with me is immensely helpful when I try to take those steps in real life.
