It has become very common to jump from one task to another, often doing multiple things at once & experiencing an array of different emotions as we go. This short, sweet exercise is a guide to recognize emotions that are visiting at this moment. If you have been experiencing certain emotions & want to spend some time acknowledging that & accepting them, or if you're not sure what you are feeling & want to get some clarity on what emotions are passing by right now, become the watcher of transient visitors, welcome them with a heart open knowing 'this too shall pass. Practicing recognition & observation gives us the self-support tools to witness & accept rather than deny and repress, to develop a healthy relationship with the emotions.
