Do you have a hard time accepting yourself just as you are? Acceptance refers to the ability to stay present. We can take a step back from resisting things as they are. In the twinkling of an eye, we may observe the compassion in one another. The tone of life is altered when we approach concerns with unconditional love and acceptance. When sitting in quietude and contemplation there is an unfolding, an opening that occurs towards greater acceptance.
