A Quick Mindful Break (Wherever You Are)

You can be anywhere; sitting on a park bench, in your car. Reuben starts us off with a mini practice. Then we’re going to reflect upon some questions about your day, to re-energize you for the rest of the day. From there, we get to reflect upon what our morning and afternoon could look like, what is likely to happen in your day that you can be grateful for. We finish with a sentence completion exercise about who you can choose to be as you go about your day.
