When we take time to reflect, we learn more about ourselves and learn how to separate ourselves from our thoughts and feelings. We can be quick to judge ourselves, quick to avoid, and quick to react. More times than not, reflection happens when our surroundings are calm and quiet. This track is a kind reminder to use this time to discover more about yourself beyond the surface and to always come back to positivity at every moment.
