Hope
When there are difficulties at the present it is often a good idea to look ahead. Hope always looks ahead. Thank you for reminding me of that.

Imagining freedom
Freedom from anxiety is possible by imagining the weight of it lift and visualising life as it continues without that heaviness.

The possibility of life without anxiety is intoxicating. There is so much potential. Get there.
To focus on that possibility is useful. Is helpful. Is attainable.

Releasing Anxiety
I know emotions are normal and natural I just wish that I could control them better and not let them dominate me. This meditation was good practice toward achieving that goal

Loved it!
I loved how relaxing it was and how just escaping from my chaotic day for three minutes and listening to this allowed me to relax and reduce the amount of stress I had

Impermanence
My struggles do not define me and will not always be apart of my life. For now, I have the power to temporarily escape them.

Take a break
Taking a break is beneficial because if your just go, go, go you don’t stop and realize what’s really going on around you and you can see more clearly and make better choices.

#1 release what is bothering you
i learned that if you take a minute to slow down and think of a better time then where you are at now, you suddenly feel apart of that time and no longer in the stress and worry of the present.

Cant let it go...it's a permanent change!
This session challenged me to let go of the stressful thing I'm facing today, but that's not possible! Today I lose my primary care physician and see a new doctor for the first time. It's an early morning appointment, and I have a ton to do prior to it. So I'm up super early, and didn't sleep well with the anxiety of it all. 😭

Omit stress
What a beautiful thing, if but for a moment. For me it's was like being a wide eyed kid again. When I thought I could conquer the world. Then coming to the realization that...the world is over shooting. Let's just conquer our little patch of ground first.

Getting rid of...
I learned a way to get rid of difficult emotions that just weigh me down, just to release them. I feel quite often, inadequate and therefore envious of others, maybe admittedly jealousy and it's not a good feeling. I find from today's session, I can deal with those things if I take a few moments to destress and release the negativity!

Letting go
I don't need to be weighed down by emotions. Hard though when my stresses are connected to other people and my job is to support them and problem solve. I often take on these problems as I work to find solutions. Letting go of the weight of this is challenging.

Didn’t help much
These are wonderful words but to be honest with you, I didn’t experience even a moment of freedom from anxiety and stress. I couldn’t even imagine or tune into what one moment would feel like without stress and anxiety. I can’t remember the last time I experienced a reprieve. Unfortunately, this meditation didn’t do anything for me. I tried forcing myself to imagine it came up empty.

stressed and overwhelmed!
I learned that, stress weighs you down! By taking a couple moments throughout each day to stay calm, relaxed and to release the negative energy that’s causing the stress. For example, imagining life without the problems that’s causing it. 😇😌

Nothing is forever
We may be stressed out and left wondering how long will we be this way with these problems, but they will eventually go away and we need to think about that

.....
I can see myself “no longer in this state” but... imagining not having it in the first place are two completely different concepts. If I didn’t have it, I wouldn’t be here today. I guess having said, I am grateful for this adversity I face. If I didn’t have it and the inner strength to say “I have had enough.” And finally surrendering my will over to a higher being. I wouldn’t be the man I am today. I appreciate the person I am that has come out of that suffering. The suffering I choose to put myself through. Today, I no longer choose to suffer and be a victim of my own mind or the other people who mean to do harm. If you have read this, thank you. :) may you have the unshakeable strength of the warrior to accept these harsh lessons and learn from them, not to be destroyed by them.

Imagination is a tool
Imagination is a powerful tool in letting go of anxieties moment to moment. Simply imagining my life without the stresses that I feel and pick up around me let’s me breathe and relax into each moment.

I learned that sometimes I like Aura’s intro music more than the actual practice!!! Actually this one was quite hard for me - if I think about the stress facing me today it is that I have to give a presentation at work to senior leaders... but the nerves help me get in the zone.

Hm
I wasn’t a huge fan of meditating on the problems of the moment going away, because I think of that pretty regularly, but translating it for myself to think just imagine your life exactly how it is but you don’t feel anxious about it, that was pretty helpful. So maybe I’ll do that on my own in the future! Thanks Aura!

I cant release the thing that is causing my anxiety
Because I don’t know what it is. This was a lovely meditation but I couldn’t visualize letting go of the cause because of don’t know what it is. It doesn’t even seem to be anything to do with my thoughts. I will be happily going about my day. Or I will be lying in bed watching my favorite tv programme. Or I will just be driving. My mind will be calm but suddenly these butterflies will start and my heart will start palpitating. It had stopped for a few weeks and I thought it was gone. But for the past three days it is back again. Frustrated

Release negativity
Take a moment to think of what burdens you. Imagine how you would feel if this did not exist. Feel the weight leave your shoulders. Get that monkey off your back. Breathe in and feel how deeply you can now breathe without that emotional pain. Because it will pass. You will not have this problem forever.

We can control our emotions with the breathe. We can stop breathing then the mind starts to panic. If I slow my breathing down I can calm my mind. The mind is king of the body. The breathe is king of the mind.

Full concentration is key
I learned that I should not allow negativity distract me during my 3 minutes of meditation. If I wasn’t so focused on the fact that the cause of my stress will still be there when meditation was up, it would have helped me so much more. Positivity should be my focus. I can do this.

Meanings of life
Release. How often do we stop and take a step back from our busy lives. Isn’t it wonderful to see life from a different angle- for what it IS. What we seek in life is to engage in a meaning that only we can find in our soul and in our energies. Past experiences, negativity, a bad day at work... they shape us and teach us to better ourselves. Be whoever you want to be. But most importantly, whatever you do, don’t AIM to do it well. But seek a new passion from a negative setback... and only THEN will you have the ability to flourish and be enlightened.

Medical
Most of my stress/anxiety is stemming from potential medical problems and the future. I felt this crazy feeling of release when I let them go for that little period of time. I almost cried because that’s how good it felt to let go and let God. I have never been able to fully let go and I forgot what it felt like not to worry.

1st Mindfulness Meditation
All emotions, good or bad, don’t last forever. Although they seem like they will in that particular moment, there will always be ups and downs. That’s the beauty of having emotions. It’s nice to have an outlet to help keep the negative emotions like stress, depression, etc under control.

Difficulty
I have struggled with depression since I was seven years old. I’m now twenty one. This practice was a challenge for me; depression is the main difficulty in my life, and I don’t really remember how it feels not to deal with it. At first this made me sad, but then as I continued to imagine my life in a healthier headspace, I realized how worth it recovery is. This will be a motivator for me.

A moment of actual release
This was fantastic! Absolutely amazing. Listening to this one and doing this excersise actually gave me a sense of happiness and pure joy that I haven't experienced in a long time! For the first time in months I was able to feel like myself again. 5/5, best one I've done so far, no doubt! Definitely recommend trying this one and being able to let go of your stress/anxiety for a short period! Will do you wonders :)

Anxious emotions
Remember these emotions will pass and imagine how you will feel when they have passed. I like that suggestion. It’s helpful and a new approach. I saw our neighborhood skunk this morning as he waddled up the hill to eat the cat food my son leaves out for feral cats. I like having a skunk for a neighbor. Seeing him calmed and cheered me.

Freeing...
What a great relief, releasing all my limiting obligations!! Wow! It felt so wonderful to not ‘have’ to do anything unless I wanted to. Saw myself smiling and humming along on a day where I stopped in for coffee at a small cafe and did some writing and talking with the owner, then went to a surf side place to eat with a few friends and lots of laughing. The afternoon was spent strolling along some cool shops and buying a few things I liked before heading up to my hillside house and into my shaded garden overlooking the coastline to take in a nap on my oversized hammock... ahhh this is the life I thought as I dozed off to even better dreams of ...traveling and Speaching to youth around the world explaining how good life can be when they find a way to be of service to the world doing what they love and are good at, instead of just schooling & training for a job for a paycheck!! Thanks HeartWorks for a vivid glimpse of a very possible future!! ❤️☮️🍀

Lay your burden down
Interesting- imagining my life without any of my burdens and I was surprised that none came to mind that I wanted to permanently give up. It gave me a new appreciation for what I carry on my journey and how fortunate I am. Namaste

Interesting ...
I had to listen to this one twice this morning to get it. It was not clear at first what she wanted me to do, so over halfway through it I went back to the beginning to listen more closely to see what I missed. I think it would be more effective if she could have led us to focus on a particular thing that causes anxiety first and then imagined a life without it. Apparently I did this a few weeks ago and had a great session! But the 2nd time thru this morning and I was able to focus on a particular person that makes my life difficult & tends to bring me more anxiety that I feel I deserve. By imagining them out of my life, I found myself actually smiling & feeling lighter! Less stress and more happiness seem to be the result by removing them from my life...interesting, if it could be that simple?! Could I do it mentally or would it have to be physically? Are they really there to teach me a lesson? If so have I learned it yet? Thoughts anyone...?!? 💚⁉️🍀

Gratitude
As I worked through this meditation I found that I didn’t want to imagine my life without the main thing causing my anxiety, because that thing also brings me such joy, and without it my life wouldn’t be as blessed and lovely. Brought to attention the light and the dark in all situations, and encouraged me to focus on the light.
