This morning meditation will guide you through the gentle flow of the morning as you move in harmony and become one. Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down, somewhere you can let yourself rest fully. Close your eyes, and take a long breath in. Exhale slowly. Feel the air move out of your chest, down through your belly, and release through your body. Breathe in again, slow and steady. And breathe out, longer this time, as if you are softening into the day ahead.
