Compassionate
In every moment we are given lies an opportunity to learn, grow and transcend. I would add smile and love to that list of opportunities. In this quick, yet powerful meditation, we practice giving ourselves a love hug. Getting comfortable in my seat, I placed one hand on my heart and one hand on my belly. This intimate touch brought a sense of ease to myself. At ease, a half smile formed on my lips. This simple act of kindness softened my body. With grace, I began to softly say the word, love on each inhale and exhale. As love flowed in, I was presented with what is important today; to be compassionate towards myself. As love flowed outward to the rest of the world, I was presented with what is important today; to be compassionate towards others. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
