This extended brainwave entrainment sleep session parallels the brainwave rhythms of a healthy sleep pattern. Typically, a healthy 7- to 9-hour sleep will contain 4 or 5 of these cycles. First, suppress beta waves, which are found when we are stressed or focused. Then we relax you with alpha rhythms that transition you into theta, a brainwave state associated with deep relaxation and light sleep. Then we dip down into the deep delta stage, a critical stage where the body repairs itself and memories are consolidated. Then, into the REM stage, where dreaming takes place. This track is designed to be played continuously all night on a loop; however, it can also be used as a sleep induction aid. Can be used with vibroacoustic beds.
