It is from a deep sense of peace where all goodness radiates. One with our true nature, this spiritual energy rejuvenates, renews and revitalizes all the layers of the self. As I sat with my breath, I began to go deeper in my body. Feeling my whole body breathing in these moments was such a beautiful experience. In the background, birds periodically sang their songs and a squirrel lay silent on a nearby branch soaking up the morning sunshine. Ah Peace. This divine light of peace surrounded me and filled my body. In this state of pure happiness, I visualized breathing in peace and breathing out love. May all beings everywhere realize and connect with their true nature so that this amazingly precious spiritual energy can continue to spread all across the land. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

Pathway to Peace

All goodness comes from a place of peace. We don’t have to go anywhere or do anything to experience peace as our true nature is peace. As I sat on a bench in my backyard, I connected to the present moment by way of my senses. Listening to birds chirping their songs while feeling a soft breeze brush my skin occasionally, I opened to peace. Held in peace, I let go completely. I noticed muscles loosening in my body. With a sigh of relief, I noticed a slight smile forming at my lips as well as at the corners of my eyes. As I connected with my heart, I remember what is important. Om Shanti! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️☺️
