Conscious deep breathing & focused meditation
Conscious deep breathing helps improve memory. It is something I’ve been concerned about recently & I will implement a deep breathing practice (at least 4 minutes) in my daily routine 3x/day to monitor for improved memory.

One benefit I have noticed is more endurance while exercising. I am able to push my body a lot harder now than when I was in my 20’s.
The breath helped me bring intention to the day and center myself
