Breathing techniques really worked
The only part of the meditation that I didnβt understand, yet made me feel in controlβ¦ Was the part where the voice brought me back to my anger and, even though my muscles didnβt tighten and my breathing continued, my eyes wanted to release tears but didnβt. I didnβt come out of the meditation with anger, but I was still mindful of it and I think that makes a huge difference between being angry and having anger that you can control and do something aboutβ¦ And that kind of anger does not bring about stress. Anger is something we must all face in our daily lives, it just depends on what we decide to do with it.
