Travel and focus
This meditation was beautiful. I felt centered, relaxed and as my mind drifted to distant places the breathing exercise pulled me back. Giving me a sense of control I never had before. I loved my little mental vacation. Peace and blessings to all.

The Awakening
I learned that one needs to be more aware of the environment and situation they are in at a time in order to take control of themselves in those spheres and be in power by being mindful of what comes in and out not forgetting around them. Meditation is key.

Nice
Thoughts that you get caught up in and start making a story around are just as beautiful as the moments where you can completely let go- noticing regardless is awareness
M
Monique
I loved being in the moment and taking a step back to relax and breath.
I learned when you focus and breath your body can relax and feel much better while doing different breathing techniques.

Releasing Thoughts
I liked the concept of pausing both after a breath had been taken, and after it was finished. I've never thought about doing breath work in this manner. The closest practice I've ever done to this was the 4-7-8 breath. With this format, I found it much easier to truly concentrate on the meditation, and releasing my thoughts, than a traditional pranayama exercise.
E
Erin
Thoughts
It was nice to acknowledge thoughts that were passing by as clouds floating and still focusing on breathing and realizing throughout the day as thoughts creep in when trying to focus that leveraging breathing to refocus can be beneficial.

Great way to start the day!
After a night of tossing and turning and thinking too much, I didn't know if I'd be able to slow down my thoughts long enough for this meditation. But the breathing with pauses and the visualization of the the clouds going by helped a lot.

Opening my eyes
I never want to open my eyes when the meditation is over. It's such a wonderful place to be. I'm so grateful that I'm giving myself this gift. It's been out of my reach my entire life and now it's here. πŸ™πŸ»πŸ’– Thank you Lauren.

In the Wonder
It's okay to not know, to be in a quiet, still space of wonder. It's okay to embrace and let go, to be in the flow. In this space I feel vulnerable without fear. I feel curious and alive. I'm starting to trust the peaceful, calm and still space inside me.

Patience
If you pause the session you don't get to restart it. So, no session for my into to this new App that would like me to spend money on it. ...... just seems like a bad into to an App. I'm super stressed and wanted to try this out to help me find calm. However, I guess it's teaching me patience, because I have to wait 5 hours for my next free session ......

Beautiful moment
Being reminded that the awareness of thoughts is a beautiful moment was so poignant for me. My thoughts are highly critical so it is a new approach to treat my self with kindness and compassion. A reminder of something I know already but to really allow for my flaws with compassion is something I need to work on. I can have high standards without beating myself up.

Awareness in Breath
Breath is so powerful and integral not only to our physical bodies but our minds and connecting with outer souls. This meditation teaches and guides you to bring further awareness to breath and manage your flowing thoughts, taping into your mind and soul awareness.

Clouded thoughts
I’ve always known of the term β€œclouded mind” or β€œcloudy thoughts.” Now when those moments come where I feel anxious and overwhelmed with thoughts, when my brain gets cloudy, I am going to let the wind come in and blow away the thoughts that are giving me stress. Im going to appreciate the good thoughts like I would a pretty cloud. Sometimes I might take a moment to breathe and see what β€œshapes” I can find in my cloudy thoughts.
K
Karyn
Simple yet powerful
Our breath. So simple yet so powerful. It provides us with the oxygen our body needs to survive yet we often breath without giving it a thought. It's just there - we take it for granted. In stressful times, the simple act of slowing down and taking deep breaths can change our entire mindset.

Thoughts come and go, we can watch them, observe them, say goodbye to them as they float on by just like a cloud watching from the hillside in a grassy patch. That is very calming and empowering.

Clouds
I started visualizing myself floating among soft billowing clouds years ago whenever I had trouble sleeping. I also remember lying on my back on my front lawn looking up at the cloud formations when I was child. I remember that while doing this I let go of everything and just focused on the images I saw in the cloud formations. This memory makes me happy as I will start my day.🌞

Day One
It was not a positive experience due to a continued challenge presented by my children making it a point to interrupt any practice of meditation and speak to me as loud and over and over. They are young and I am working very hard to get them to understand the importance of those few moments I ask for. I am also working very hard on being able to work through them and stay within the moment even while they are acting this way. B XL

During my deep breathing time, I️ was flooded with gratitude for the pause between!
Awareness! How can I️ be mindful and present to the pause? Isn’t that where my attitude can be captivated and nurtured to find the gifts of gratitude, of God’s provision and love? Also discovered a few muscle groups were tight and tense. Anxiety has to flee when you shine the light of gratitude on it.

First meditation back after some time
The stillness between breaths is like a cresting in the air. As you rest there, moving back and forth subtly, you can watch your thoughts as clouds. Watching them form and dissipate. Sometimes you will give them weight. Other times not. No matter, they always fade away.
L

First meditation
I would like more silence after getting into the breath. Reflecting on Brian pulling back from the coop because we didn’t match his expectations for our direction. Feel his arrogance and the male response. Don’t think he feels he has anything to learn from us. Sad that what I thought was a mutual friendship was cast aside by him. Looking forward to the new board and folks with a willingness to learn from each other. Also looking forward to my new spirit group and hoping that turns into a Working on Excellence group.

The moment of realization...
Many times I have did breathing exercises to calm myself. And many times I have focused on the pause between breaths. But this time I really did think about the fact that I can process one thought while subconsciously still following directions being given to me and still be aware that I am aware of all of this.... it was really beautiful. To realize from such a simple example how amazing my mind can be, even in the simplest ways.

Letting go is so important
You can’t move forward until you let go of the past. We are always stuck if we keep dwelling on what could have been when it is in fact gone and nothing can change that. Accepting it was not meant to be is all we can do. That’s all it was- time in another situation and now time to let it go.

And yes they’re going to be people who will point and laugh and tell you that you missed it that you failed that you’re a loser, but I am just taking a moment to yourself will help you in the long run. Sometimes I think it’s the only thing that helps me keep my sanity. And I’m fortunately I haven’t been doing that recently but today I did it and I feel a lot better.

Dear diary
I wasn't able to write often because I spend most of the time with my family on Christmas Day, even on New Years which was a blast. I spend few days watching my favorite shows because it's most of my thing to do. No matter the feelings and thoughts I expressed no words to describe, I was at first pretty clueless and felt like nothing is to be recovered from the past and now this year I felt good and I had to admit myself not to give up on my education because I always fail but nah not gonna happen. Right now it's been a good day and it's always been. My goal in life is to reduce stress, self love and improve relationships with others, and think positively cause if I choose to go on this path, changes might happen.

First time
I learned that I may need a longer time because it was like the first few minutes of scuba diving when you’re freaking out because you are trying to breath with your head in the water. I’m a rational part of your brain you know that all you have to do is breath a certain way to enjoy the view: through your mouth. Here you just have to follow commands of breathing in and out almost like you do 100% of the time but I couldn’t calm my body down enough yet. It’s a work in progress. I know my body has been very stressed as of late so this may take some time to get back on track.

B

First Day
I learned that I need to take time to relax myself and realize what’s going on in my setting. I often react to things in an excessive manner because i don’t take time to just breath and realize what’s going on around me. Nothing is that bad.
S
Susan
Breathing techniques really worked
The only part of the meditation that I didn’t understand, yet made me feel in control… Was the part where the voice brought me back to my anger and, even though my muscles didn’t tighten and my breathing continued, my eyes wanted to release tears but didn’t. I didn’t come out of the meditation with anger, but I was still mindful of it and I think that makes a huge difference between being angry and having anger that you can control and do something about… And that kind of anger does not bring about stress. Anger is something we must all face in our daily lives, it just depends on what we decide to do with it.

Breathing & Thoughts Come & Go
In our daily life thoughts pop in our head and we wonder what if this happened or if that went differently. Our mind has this unique, interesting power that makes us think about anonymously an infinite number of thoughts. We see two sides of how things could go, either coming from a good point of view or a bad point of view and in the end, picking the one you chose leads to an unknown new path. People think that once something terrible happens you can’t change it but having the right mindset and seeing things in another perspective, can change that. Life will get better, it takes time as long as you try to make that change for yourself:)

Technology can hwlp
The problem is the solution. My fear of losing time, comes both from feeling out of control of my time due to my life constrains. But those constrains also give me freedom of security & assurance of certain time slots in my life and days that I can always count on. Make a schedule. Be flexible if it needs to change. Hold to it if I’m simply scared of it.
M
Megan
Pausing
I never take time to focus on the pauses in life. The moments before something happens. It can be big or small but I don’t take the time to shift and be aware. This was a good reminder.

Puppy in the Grass
Ziegler’s voice is always soft, lively, and playful, and she brings a simple joy to meditation. She inspires me to approach meditation like a puppy bouncing through tall grass, bounding through a sea of thoughts. Some are good, some are bad, but in the end, they are all grass the puppy must bound through.

Feeling physically unwell due to something I ate
I know I must be careful with what I eat. Also, some concerns with my relationship with Stephen. I know there will be decision to make when I go up there. Is that the life I am going to desire? Or is the life I have now the one I want. I want him in my life but I will have to adapt to his life and his ways, not the opposite. Is wanting to spend this part of my life with someone so strong that I can adapt?
