This is a breathing exercise for relaxation and to reduce stress. You will breathe into a count of 4, hold for 7 seconds, and then breath out for 8 seconds.

This is great
I learned that this is a good way to count. I always heard that its is good to go slow deep instead of hurry, it will take some practice going along along with the guided b meditation, but feel much better after. My thing is going to be the count trying to count and not mess the breathing

Initial Panic
I noticed that I felt panicked at first when I tried to hold my breath for 7 counts. As time progressed and I continued the pattern, holding got easier and releasing all of my air got easier as well. I felt more relaxed afterwards and more aware of my own breathing.
