A warm welcome to this beginner-friendly 4-7-8 breathing session, designed to help you find deep relaxation and increase lung capacity. For this particular version, we will do fewer rounds than normal and also count at a quicker pace than usual, allowing for a more beginner-friendly experience. You can find my original, slightly more advanced version also on Aura, when you are ready to go a little deeper with your breathwork. 4-7-8 breathing can be used as a natural sleep aid, calming down the entire body and nervous system, and it can also be used in the daytime to help find clarity and focus.
