i think listening to this meditation in the background of my journaling didnโt really work for me. i was a bit distracted in my thoughts to really listen to the meditation in detail

The world of what ifsโฆ a favorite stomping ground for both pessimism and optimism. Which do you tend toward?
I liked this clip. It promotes be mindful of right now. Most of the time, right now is completely safe. Sometimes we wonder but even then our wondering detracts us from enjoyment if we are too often thinking of something bad being about to happen.
I hope this helps someone out of the bogs of pessimism.
