i think listening to this meditation in the background of my journaling didn’t really work for me. i was a bit distracted in my thoughts to really listen to the meditation in detail
There is a lot of uncertainty in my life right now and this gave me reminders of tangible ways to stay grounded and present.
Did some movement after and it drove it home ♥️
