This technique is one of my personal favorites, as well as for many of my clients. Supine or laying on your back is a wonderful posture to help relax the body while breathing fully. In this track, we will learn how to take a true DEEP breath, calming the mind and soothing the nervous system. You will begin to notice that the reach and power of the breath are exceptional and profound.
