Rhythmic Breathing...
This was great to get the whole body breathing! She got me focused on getting into a rhythm... In to the fingers... to the top of head... down to the toes and back out In to the fingers, top of the head, down to toes & out... Rhythmic Breathing - Very effective!! Felt very relaxed, detoxified and recharged! I

Missing a few days of just simply taking a few mins to myself, stomach was in knots and stress levels were high. Returning to this and what is working on some inner peace is feeling much better.

No matter how much I continue to practice mindfulness and meditation, on days that I feel stress my mind is like a toddler, just running the first and getting into everything. I know that is the best time to keep up my practice, but it sure does seem futile some days.

I don’t feel like I usually breathe all the way into the extremities of my body. I’ve filled up my torso but this was new and at the end, I just wanted to keep going because my arms felt warm and my chest less tight.

I chose the 7 minute session and it flew by I became engrossed in a simple technique that is extremely effective at corralling a wandering mind. Very relaxing!
