Love is Anxious
I learned that I experience love with anxiety attached. And tears. Frustration. Sometimes anger.
That can't be healthy
I realized I also change like the trees and the grass do in seasons. It is okay for me to accept change in my life. I am also changing by going inward and healing my past and in doing so I am growing to become a better version of myself.
This brought me down to earth again instead of stuck in my thoughts.
