I learned that i needed more than just words to induce me to sleep. Maybe breathing or visualizing
Helped me get back to sleep
I actually didn’t get to hear the whole session as I went back to sleep. And that’s what I needed. I plan to use this one as my initial sleep meditation and see what I experience. I’m feeling such gratitude in this moment.
