I learned that i needed more than just words to induce me to sleep. Maybe breathing or visualizing

I actually didn’t get to hear the whole session as I went back to sleep. And that’s what I needed. I plan to use this one as my initial sleep meditation and see what I experience. I’m feeling such gratitude in this moment.

I really appreciate her sessions a lot. Kiva has a very calm, down to earth voice. I just cannot deal with husky and whispering voices on Aura. Tried quite some others but always tune back into Jiva’s sessions.

After tossing and turning most of the night, I tuned into Kiva’s sleep meditation. Omg, her voice got me relaxed almost immediately. I feel asleep before it was even over. As soon as I get into bed tonight, I’m going to start with Kiva’s sleep meditation.
