I loved this one- nice and helpful about ways to declutter our thoughts in order to help with our stress and anxiety. The hardest part is controlling our own thoughts!!
I think decluttering my mind is a great idea. But every time I try this at a set time before bed I can't think of anything to write down. But the clutter is still there in my subconscious.
