I used to lie in bed each night as I would rehash the day or plan the next day. Often this led to feelings of stress and overwhelm, which were not conducive to a good night sleep. I begun to introduce these nightly "mini habits" which created an incredible shift in my mindset and allowed me to feel more peaceful and more positive lying down in bed. I hope they help you as well!
