This is a short hypnotic meditation to help get you into deep sleep FAST. Much of what we need to actually reach the state of deep sleep (REM) is a sense of safety and abandonment. You must feel safe so that your consciousness can feel free to soar and restore as you rest. Part of this is letting go of your day. Too many of us hang on to events and it interferes with our sleep. The fact is, once we settle down for the night, the day is done and gone. In this meditation, I help you let go of your day, sleep deeply, and even find answers to the problems you're dealing with while you sleep.
