3 Minutes Morning - Sacral Chakra

This is a short discussion and quick meditation on the sacral chakra. I point out the area of the body which houses our sacral chakra, what it looks like and then offer a quick 'tuning in' meditation to discover what is happening in that energetic space. From there we can ask for guidance from our Higher Self and the Higher Power as how to heal and protect our sacral chakra.
