Stay present
I really need to set an intention to stay in the present moment. Iโ€™ve been thinking about things that happened in the past, they just creep up on me and rob me of what could be a far better experience. I need to stay with the breath and experience life around me. I donโ€™t want to miss out on what could be, a special moment in my life. Thereโ€™s no need to keep reliving the past. ๐Ÿ™
Precious Breath
This meditation gives us a gentle reminder to have our breath be our anchor to the present moment. Focusing on my breath, I began to just be, allowing my thoughts to float away. On my in breath, I relaxed my body and on my out breath, I let go of any tension in my body. What a relaxing feeling to just be with my precious breath! I will savor this feeling as I set my intention for this day to be in the present moment with my precious breath as my anchor. Namaste โ˜ฎ๏ธโค๏ธ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜Š

the awareness stays with for a while after I open my eyes; relaxed state as well;

This is a great mediation that proves it does not take much time to calm and anchor yourself. It shows how much and how quickly the breath can truly relax and ground you. Thank you ๐Ÿ˜Š
Nice calm breathing exercise. It does help to pay attention to my breathing whenever I'm distracted for a moment.
