Stillness
I learned that sometimes we don’t need a guidances, or steps to feel still. Sometimes to be still we just need to hear silence. Listening to silence meant untangling my thoughts, that inner dialogue that holds ego, opinion, judgements about things. Once my thoughts flew by, my mind was still, like a lake with glass-like water. Beautiful. Calm. Silent.
