In tonight's story, I tell you about several of these legends, and the real people who inspired them: Johann Faust, Theophilus, Pope Sylvester II, Icelandic hero Saemundr Sigfusson... As well as examples of witchcraft trials in which people were accused of such dealings with "dark forces", such as the Loundun Possessions of 1634 in France.
