Very good idea. I would've never thought to write a "to be" list. I will try this. I'm sure it will help me focus more on who I want to be each day, instead of just having good intentions.

I realised this is very important for me, given I can be a very negative person at times. I will try to write that list every morning to remind myself of not so much WHO I want to be, but HOW I want to be. I am a list person but find I overreach and make my list so long I donโ€™t get the sense of achievement I would like, so I might start again with this kind of list, and hopefully I wonโ€™t beat myself up too much if I donโ€™t fulfil it every day!

I noticed that checking off who you want to be at the end of your day is similar as a to do list. Check offs at the end of the day help me to focus on how I showed up for the day.

I noticed a negative thought started my day and it ran thru my head for a moment I recognized it as such and made a conscious choice to see it as insignificant and release it
Itโ€™s easier to release the negative and replace it with gratitude
