Let's bring in the powerful magic of yoga nidra. Embark on a magical journey to release winter's grasp and awaken to spring's vibrant magic. We will shed burdens and plant seeds of intention for a brighter season. In this last practice, we will experience deep release and renewal. Yoga nidra is practiced lying down on a comfortable mat or bed with our eyes closed. Make sure to stay warm during the entire practice.
