In this yoga nidra, we will guide our attention through the use of mantra, visualization, and bodily sensations as we rotate our conscious awareness through 61 points within the body, releasing subtle tension with ease. Eventually, we will visit the chakra portals into the state of yoga nidra by engaging the breath. This meditation is the perfect practice to do in the early morning or late evening to restore energy levels and heal natural sleep. Practice often for compounding results.
