Bringing in the promise of new beginnings, we can let go of the old, make way for the new, and set intentions for the year ahead.

New Beginnings
The Winter Solstice is an ideal time to gift yourself with an embodied experience of the peace and stillness that can be found in nature during this season. It marks a time for pause and reflection. It is a time to make room for new beginnings by releasing anything that is no longer serving you. While focusing on my breath, I reflect on my WINS for this past year. My WINS for the year: - I am responding rather than reacting to the challenges that life hands me. -I became at peace with uncertainty. -I put my faith in a higher power to guide me towards the answers I was seeking. -I experienced the power of manifestation. I am choosing to let go of any anger or resentment I feel towards others as well as any judgmental thoughts. By doing this, I will be able to invite more love and compassion in. I am also inviting in more moments to “just be” which will help keep my cup full. Thank you Jane for this wonderful meditation! It was perfect to reflect on what my intentions for 2022 will be.

I know that I didn't listen to this at solstice but it is a beautiful meditation for any time. It brought me to a peaceful place
