Coming back to the moment
Thank you Daniel 💕 I love my morning lessons with you. Coming back to my breathe and beginning again is helping me so much. I learned this in “The way of Meditation” series and apply it all the time now not just to meditating but whenever I start to steer in a direction that does not serve me. Thank you for this as it allows me to take control over my vibrations and steer them in the direction that serves me. All is well 💕🙏🏻
