I learned that anger is an easy place to go when there are feelings to be manage. What wronged me? What went wrong? What went right? What made me feel wronged? Be a detective of my own feelings. Ask questions. I was angry about Aaron not doing his work on time. I feel stressed. My time becomes tight. I could not finish my own work. I had to pay bills. I have to finish reading. I did not exercise. I felt anxiety that responsibilities piled on to me. I don’t like it. I cannot change it. I took it out on my son with my feelings of being trapped.
