Meditation is perhaps the most powerful tool there is when it comes to calling forth the peace, love, joy, harmony, abundance, and wholeness that is inherent within each of us. As such, I have been guided to create this The way of Meditation Series. Each session begins with a brief teaching around meditation followed by a meditation sitting. Returning to the breath is a gift.
My focus was overall good this morning but I had several instances when hearing, “Return to the breath,” brought me back from drifting thoughts. I smiled and returned.
