Let’s start with your voice. It was so soothing and calming, especially to listen to before bed. The breathing reminder was gentle enough to relax into rather than another thing “to do”. This guided meditation is a new favorite of mine. And the ambient music was a lullaby that relaxed my mind and body even more. The message was clear and heard…be here now. Peace. Love. And light.
