When transformation happens there is no going back. Rejoice other's success and work on your own on the way. Give space to those who are not yet ready.

Transformation
We all transform (or not) at a different pace. We cannot control the experience of transformation of another. This is a beautiful story about the importance of allowing and honoring others to experience their journeys in their own time, ready to support them if they seek your help. πŸ’«πŸ™β™₯οΈπŸ™πŸ’«

Advancement
Keep moving forward. -Walt Disney Life is about moving forward. Sometimes we get hindered by circumstances or fate, but the urge to move ever onward or upward is strong. You may not be the same person you were, and not everyone moves forward with you. Don't dwell in or on the past, though. Let the others catch you up. Welcome them when they find you. Don't forget where you started.

Be Still & Enjoy New Self
Don’t try to explain your transitioning, just relax and let it be. When the time is right you will know what to say.

Patience with others is virtue. I learnt i can't force myself to force them. Man this is cool

Be happy where you are but as you grow and change, be happy there too. As you grow, be there for your group as they grow too
