In this meditation, we play with movement! Before it begins, select a spot (inside or outside) that is at least 30 paces. We will walk back and forth along that path, paying specific attention to the sensations of each and every step. In this way, we will build mindfulness and appreciation for the temporality of our lives - truly understanding what it means to live in the present moment.
