Using The Breath To Anchor Us In The Now

The breath is one of the most powerful tools we have to anchor us in the 'nowness' of this moment. This is so for two reasons: 1) the breath is always with us, and 2) the breath is always now. As we make coming back to the breath a habitual way of life, the fear, worry, doubt, and anxiety begin to dissolve as they are all born out of time. The nowness of this moment, however, is not of time. It is beyond time, where there is only peace, love, harmony, and wholeness. Come with me beyond time.
