I Really need to focus on getting more sleep. My disposition after 3 needs improvement and its because Im exhausted.
I have learned how really important it is not to deprive yourself of a really good night sleep.
I learned that I just need to start doing the work even if I don’t feel like doing it to get in the state of flow eventually.
