Being present in our life is such a gift as we are able to fully experience everything that is happening within ourselves as well as outside of ourselves. In this meditation, Nitima welcomes us to the present moment by having us anchor ourselves to our breath, sensations in and around our body and sounds.
Becoming comfortable, I connected to my breath. Feeling the air gently moving in through my nostrils and feeling the air gently moving out through my nostrils was such a beautiful experience. Experiencing breathing, I know I am alive! I felt the air gently brushing against my skin and hair. I heard sounds of kids playing in the distance as well as the peaceful sounds of silence. I opened my eyes and saw deer near me. As I watched them, I saw they were breathing right along with me. Together in this interwoven dance, unconditional presence is all there is. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
