Fully present
I’ve been guilty of worrying about things that happened in the past, and stressing about things that could happen in the future. I’ve realized that in doing this, I’ve been wasting my time NOW. In the last couple of weeks, I’ve really started to take the few moments for just me each day, and I’ve changed my old thinking pattern. I have chosen to live and be fully present in each moment...it’s not only incredibly freeing, but it’s also the greatest gift we can give to those who surround us 💕
