Tuning Into Gratitude
“There are always things to be grateful for, no matter how big or small, because gratitude has the ability to fill your whole body.”I like that quote. I also like the fact that this meditation begins and ends with three slow, deep breath’s. As I was meditating, I saw field of aquamarine all around me and felt relaxed,peaceful and grateful. I really like the fact that we can invoke gratitude to be a part of our body, mind and heart, every day.
