Monkey mind
I have many monkeys that I want to “mind” me. And. I have the power and privilege because of my intelligence to put the monkeys where they belong. Aside.
The most helpful part was the advice to ask myself,”is this constant rumination doing me any good?”
I learned that this. rumination is not helpful. I think it stems from my childhood. My mother had terrible self-worth. She often blamed me for her problems.
