Life only happens in this moment, yet we find ourselves caught up in the past and future. Follow the guidance of this meditation to let yourself live in the only moment you will ever have. You don't have to be hard on yourself. Be open to loving and being kind towards yourself.

In This Moment
When we allow our mind to take over and live in the past or the future, we tend to forget about this moment. It is in this moment however, where our lives happen because we are only given this moment. This is why it is imperative that we begin to live at once, in this moment. In this wonderful meditation, Nitima gives us ways to be present in this moment. In this moment, becoming aware of my in breath and out breath, relaxing and letting go with each breath while feeling the rise and fall of my belly, I found a sense of calm growing within. In this moment, becoming aware of parts of my body that were still, I found a sense of peace growing within. In this moment, becoming aware of the places where my body made contact with my chair and the Earth, I felt supported and grounded. In this moment, becoming aware of my entire body, I found a sense of wholeness growing within. In this moment, feeling the sun and a slight breeze on my face, I found a sense of warmth and aliveness. In this moment, hearing birds sing their music, I found a sense of connection with nature. In this moment, seeing new growth on some calla lilies, I found a sense of appreciation. In this very moment, I found a sense of gratitude for all of life. It is in these moments where we will find that we do not need to be anywhere else. It is in these moments where we can find a sense of peace, love, joy and gratitude. Because it is in this very moment that we live our lives. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

Fantastic Grounding Meditation
This is a fantastic grounding meditation. Before this meditation, I felt anxious about the tasks ahead of me. My mind swam in responsibilities — it was too much. This meditation helped me put the future tasks aside and focus on the present moment, both the present tasks and the present joys.
