Fear
Today I woke up happy and peaceful. Prior to my meditation something happened that brewed up so much fear and anxiety. I want to release it, I want to remove it..it creeps in even though I can see I have all I need and that solutions will find there way to me. It so hard to not try to figure it out how to fix it, doubting if you are getting in the way of what the universe has planned for you.. I cried a lot. I started with a racing heart, a bit calmer now, but it’s hard to release the fear when you can’t find the solutions nor the answers you seek. Beautiful prayer ❤️🙏🏻
