It’s been said that there is power in the practice of visualization and I agree. I feel when you take the time to intentionally turn within and allow your imagination to create a vision of the desired outcome, this may help to bring clarity, hope, and direction to your life. Had some anxiety and focusing on chest pain/sensation being an terminal illness. After this meditation I feel much better and don’t want to spend my time thinking about that and not enjoying the present.
