i loved how this meditation gave 3 different things to be grateful for the day. my first one was my friends, my second was the lady who served me a drink, and the last is doing this meditation now :)
I learned that spending time reflecting on the positives of my day before bed can be a nourishing experience, reminding myself of life’s purpose - and that there is always something to be grateful for.
i really loved this short practice. it really did help to reflect on my day and identify times of gratitude :)
I loved this, really gave me the opportunity to reflect on my day and be grateful for everything that happened, perfect way to end off my night :)
This was relaxing tonight to help me unwind. To rest my body and mind.
Today I experienced the most pain from a migraine I think I've ever experienced. I nearly went to the ER. I'm incredibly grateful for Travis for taking care of me!! He takes care of me in more ways than I know and I'm beyond grateful for his love! I'm also thankful for the fur babies keeping a close watch on me. I'm thankful for multiple pain medications that finally stopped the intense pain. I do wish I could sleep thought as it's 3am.

Ending my day
I don’t have a routine for daily reflection, let alone one for gratitude at the end of the day…
Music is the truly universal language and it should never be taken from granted nor use to indoctrinate human minds.
