Getting Grounded
The belly breathing was really effective to bring on a relaxed, no worries type of feel to it. Very nice! I can definitely see it being helpful taking her suggested 20 minute break when encountering unpleasant interactions with a partner or coworker. With my feet on the ground and eyes closed feeling the earth supporting me was good also. Hands on my belly was a nice touch to keep me aware of making certain my diaphragm was extending and retracting. 😊
